Adam has been representing businesses and individuals since 2009. He has served as lead counsel in numerous matters resulting in large verdicts, awards and settlements. Adam’s litigation experience includes the prosecution of matters on behalf of seriously injured victims, investor groups, small businesses and shareholders. As a litigator, Adam has successfully tried legal malpractice, injury and commercial arbitration, bench and jury cases to verdict or award. Adam’s litigation practice is now focused on handling complex legal malpractice, wrongful death, business, contract, employment, personal injury, and abuse matters. Since 2020, Adam has achieved in excess of $6,575,000.00 in legal malpractice settlements and judgments.
Adam also assists local businesses with formation, planning, and transactional issues. This is a proven benefit to those who seek to avoid disputes, resolve disputes in their infancy, avoid litigation or exit pending disputes.
